Lived Experience
In November 2020, co-founders and partners Marie Peinert and Raphael Reuben discovered that Marie suffered from an autoimmune thyroid condition. Together, they embarked on the journey to recovery through holistic care. Like Marie, 800 million people worldwide are affected by thyroid conditions. Duyu Care exists to help those living with and managing these chronic conditions daily and provide best-in-class preventative care for everyone else.

Through my personal health journey, I've come to realise that empowering individuals to take charge of their own health has the potential to revolutionise our approach to healthcare.

Have questions?
Ashwagandha, Organic Chaga, L-Tyrosine, Beta Carotene, Selenium, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Iodine, Magnesium Glycinate, Zinc, and Iron.
Ashwagandha: An ancient medicinal herb and adaptogen that helps the body manage stress, normalise thyroid biomarkers, and alleviates brain fog.
Organic Chaga: Supports immune system regulation (reduced thyroid antibodies), reduced inflammation, and stress management that may affect the thyroid.
L-Tyrosine: Supports thyroid hormone production and balance, and helps bolster stress response.
Beta Carotene: Helps Vitamin A absorption in the body to support metabolic function, cellular reproduction, and retinol production.
Selenium: A trace mineral critical to thyroid hormone metabolism and the antioxidant defense of the thyroid gland. Selenium is also an active immunomodulator (helps to regulate the immune system).
Vitamin D3: Helps restore the stem cells that seal and heal gaps in the gastrointestinal tract (leaky gut). Vitamin D helps to re-train T and B cell soldiers to regulate inflammation and antibodies
attacking the thyroid.
Vitamin B12: Nearly 50% of people with Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s have a vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is required for proper red blood cell formation, cognitive function, and DNA
synthesis.
Vitamin B1: Supports thyroid function (especially in those who experience an overactive thyroid).
Vitamin B2: Riboflavin is a water-soluble vitamin that the body uses to metabolize fats, protein, and carbohydrates into glucose for energy. Supports mood regulation (depression), migraine
reduction, and helps calm many Hashimoto’s symptoms.
Iodine: Helps the thyroid gland produce Thyroxine which supports skeletal and nerve growth and metabolic function (absorption of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates in the body).
Magnesium Glycinate: Helps regulate protein synthesis, muscle and nerve function, blood sugar, and blood pressure. Supports deep sleep, helps with migraines, and helps reduce blood pressure.
Zinc: A trace element required for the synthesis of thyroid hormones, and deficiency may result in Hypothyroidism.
Iron: Supports immune function, digestion, balanced energy, cognitive function, and body temperature regulation.
Our recommended dosage is two capsules daily (ideally taken with food and water).
